I’m here to speak about some essential services we love and use in Doseido.
Beanstalk is a great online service for host your projects and/or files on SVN (subversion) servers. This service is essential for me when I’m going out to clients for consultancy or I have to co-work with other developers on the internet. The service is really fast and offers some type of plans.
Mad Mimi is a really cool online marketing service for send out mailing lists!. Mad Mimi offers a nice user interface (Web 2.0) for create, manage and send out mails. Allows the user to customize the e-mail via drag & drop and configure the theme appearance. The service is really fast and the management team is fast to answer questions and offer support.

Today we have released a maintenance update of Headline 1.0.1. This build introduce some new features and fix many issues reported from our users. This is a free update for all our customers.
Headline Build 1.0.1 [20 July 2008]:
- NEW: The Read window now open the default browser when the user click inside the Article Title.
- NEW: Introduced the Italian localization.
- NEW: The new Feed dialog now automatically add pasteboards strings.
- FIX: The bottom bar now works fine when the user does not select an Article or when the Article is not available.
- FIX: Favicon’s download now download and display correctly the favicon when the user introduce a new Feed.

We are at work for close the first, a long time waited, Headline release. I’m happy to announce some new improvements about the final version:
- Introduced a new keyboard map for open in browser the article tapping Command and clicking the article.
- Improved Core Animation fluid effects.
- Introduced the Doseido Licensor. Allow the user to purchase a license (or family pack) directly from Headline, no navigation or web pages are required.
- Fixed some issues about the Read window on a multiple monitor system.
- Fixed some small issues.

- Fixed some Core Animation smoothing effects.
- Fixed Read window does not show entry content when the Entry is not selected or available.
- Fixed the ‘Show Entries’ button location now aligned to the same location of the ‘Show Feeds’ button.

Ooh, so nice. Another fine beta release for your perusal, we’ve got some important stability issues, Read window improvements and addressed some more bad crashing behavior this go around.
Headline Build 0.88 Improvements and fixes:
- Introduced the Close button in the Read window.
- Fixed scrolling performance issue on the entry list.
- Fixed fade animation when flipping between articles and feeds no longer smooth.
- Fixed the badge article count in the dock. Does reflect the correct Unread Entry count.
- Fixed the Read window orientation (left or right side) on a multi-monitor system.
- Fixed the Read window resize, now reflect the size of the Headline window.
- Fixed Read window content with no Entry selection.

]]>After a lot of feedbacks we are here to release the first update of the Headline Public Beta, the Build 0.85.
The changes include:
NEW - A new button for switching from the Entries to Feed View in the Headline window.
FIX - Fixed issue during the importing and exporting of feeds.
FIX - Preference window is now complete.
FIX - The Bug Report link has been moved into the Help menu.
FIX - Applescript issues for Mail and iChat sharing.
We are also very busy coding some new features for Headline. One of these is a new View for representing grouped Entries.
